Please ensure in your email you give as much detailed information regarding your order (e.g photos) and the concerns you have.
Once this has been received, we will reply with you within 5 business days to advise of the outcome.
Should you wish to return your product, please be advised that once you request is approved, the returns need to be shipped back to our warehouse at the buyers expense, and tracking details of the return need to be advised to us via our email.
Please note that we will not accept any requests for refunds or returns 7 days after product has been delivered.
